I am SUPER excited to let everyone know about a little something i am getting invloved with in September, that is the festival of vintage in Epsom!
This will be an excellent opportunity for anyone in Surrey or London to come and view a large amount from my collection ( i promise to bring as much as I can), and this will be a great chance for me to answer any of your burning Horrockses or other vintage related questions.
A selection of the items coming along with me:
If the festival of vintage in York is anything to go by this event will be FANTASTIC. Filled with lots of brilliant demos, stall holders and opportunites for vintage makeovers.
The event takes place on 23rd September at Epsom Racecourse, Surrey. Tickets for the festival are just £7.50, and I hope to see you there!

Hello Lovely blog readers!!!
Just wanted to share with you some of the TREATS listed this week.
This week I’ve put the focus on the 60s and 70s (a few little 80s numbers have sneaked in too). If you love maxi dresses, rouleau loops and bold patterns you are bound to find something you love, and not only that there are items in a real range of sizes.

Today I thought i would share one of my current fave items of clothing…mostly because it ISN’T vintage (shocker).
I always say that it doesn’t matter to me if something is vintage styled or not, I always wear clothes simply because I love them and this is certainly the case with these trousers. Completely lary floral prints are one of my absolute faves.
I have been wearing this pair of trousers continuously lately, as they are not only comfortable, but a great fit, and considering they are from Topshop pretty well made.
Trousers: £40 Topshop
Shoes: Topshop (although these must be about 4 years old now!)
Blouse: Vintage 80s (This isn’t actually mine… i wonder if the owner of this will see the blog post ; ))
I also think these trousers look great with heels and here they are with my current fave pair!
Shoes: Miss L Fire
Brooch: 1950s painted enamel
These trousers are currently still available from Topshop : )… not on the website, but I know they have them in a lot of stores!
